4th, 6th & 11th August 2006 - Gigs
I am celebrating my 60th birthday year by doing some gigs in North America. The show on August 4th in Toronto's Markham Theatre is already full so organizer Larry Lo has added another show on August 3rd.
On August 6th I will be meeting up with old band-mates The Kontinentals in Vancouver and discussing a possible reunion here in Hong Kong in 2007! Please keep your fingers crossed.
On August 11 I will be performing at the New Asia Restaurant in San Francisco's Chinatown. I hope to see as many old friends there as possible!

There's a nasty rumour going around that I am about to turn 60! I'm sure you all know that I am only 28, so I have decided to ignore this rumour and just do what I love doing most (well....second-most.....).... a gig on June 10th.....Andrew Oh will be back in town and Bo Rea, Cary Abrams, Ricky Aranas and Flor Laquindanum will also be on stage.....

Yes, it is time for you to go to jail, but all for a good cause. Hong Kong's legendary Victoria Prison will cease its operation in March 2006 and The Community Chest has secured the rights to stage two very exclusive,
"by-invitation-only" parties at this unique venue on Friday and Saturday, 17 & 18 March. Appropriately named Jailhouse Rock, the parties will allow supporters of the Chest to see the inside of this historical building, without breaking the law.

He will be perfomring at the Hyatt Regency and Aqua on New Year's Eve and at Yugamama in Causeway Bay on New Year's Day.

Sax maestro Andrew Oh and I are doing another gig at the Chin Chin Bar, this time joined by Alice Lui, former lead singer of the all-girl 60s group The Angels, who used to play in the old Firecracker Bar of the President Hotel, now the Hyatt Regency Kowloon. Of course this hotel will be torn down in January, so we are counting down to the end.... This hotel has a lot of Hong Kong music and showbiz history....The Beatles stayed here in 1964 and Bruce Lee wrote his scripts and signed his contract with Golden Harvest in the Chin Chin....
